Came home after working shift work &amp; noticed my furnace wasn’t putting out heat. Called after 8pm on a weeknight and Ken was at our doorstep within 15 minutes. Great service &amp; awesome pricing - even though it was late in the evening he took time to go above and beyond &amp; give us tips on maintenance and troubleshooting. Came downstairs to a chilly house and realized my furnace was out but I had to be at work right away so I called ken early in the am and he made time for me to come quickly and get my furnace up and running for a great price and told me everything he did with detail and apparently my two small kids just loved him ! Amazing service and great price. The only plumber to respond to an emergency call on a weekend evening to repair a leak in our fridge water line. Ended up fixing the leak and installing a shut off valve for our entire kitchen because, ‘it’s cheaper if I come out once’!! Very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Amazing service. I tried to replace a tap on my tub by myself, big mistake...
